Shipping

We use the United States Postal Service to ship most orders. We offer FREE shipping within the United States via Special Standard Book Rate. Shipping to addresses in Canada is available at an additional charge of $8.00 using Global Priority Mail.

Once you place your order with us through CCNow, it will be processed by CCNow and forwarded to us. Your books will be shipped to you within 3 working days of your order. You should receive your order within 7-10 days thereafter, if not sooner.

Guarantee & Refund

We want you to be satisfied with what you buy from us. Within sixty days of the invoice date of your purchase of any Pen Central Press book, booklet, or product, if for any reason you decide you don't want to keep what you've bought, return to us [at Pen Central, P. O. Box 220369, St. Louis MO 63122-0369] in resalable condition along with a copy of the original invoice and we will promptly refund to you the cost of the book.
